GMAT Preparation
Considering taking the GMAT exam to go back to college. You
need the GMAT exam to get into an MBA program. The GMAT is now
required by all the top business graduate schools around the
world. A high GMAT score is necessary, and to obtain that you
need preparation. We have put up a few basic GMAT questions for
you to use for practice. The exam is put out by the GMAC society
but this site has no direct link or affiliation to them. There are
many preparation courses available both on the web and also in a
physical classroom. Do your research before signing up for any
GMAT prep course. The only way to make sure you are fully
prepared for the exam is to take a lot of practice questions and
practice tests.
The exam is made up of 3 parts: GMAT Math, GMAT Verbal and GMAT
essays. Each section should be taken on seperately, but schools
look at both the total score you get and also how well you do on
each individual section. If you are strong in GMAT Math, then
practice to bring your GMAT Verbal score up. If you plan on
concentrating on Finance, schools will take your Math score more
seriously than your verbal score but both should be high.

GMAT Essay Overview:
Also known as the Analytical Writing Assessment or AWA. It is how business schools evaluate a student's
writing skills. There are two 30-minute essay questions. Each question requires the test taker
to answer in two different ways.
Present Your Perspective on an Issue (30 minutes)
Write your opinion on a controversial issue.
Analysis of Argument (30 minutes)
Write an analysis on the reasoning in an argument and find its logical flaws.
